The CFMEU, Forestry, Furnishing, Building Products and Manufacturing Division (FFPD) has made application to the Fair Work Commission for alteration of the Divisional Rules of the Construction, Forestry, Mining & Energy Union, FFPD.
A notice in accordance with Regulation 126 (1) (a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
The CFMEU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alteration of the Rules of the Construction, Forestry, Mining & Energy Union.
