Notice Of Rule Alteration Application

The Manufacturing Division of the Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union has made application to the Fair Work Commission for an alteration to the following rules of the Manufacturing Division:
-Rule 11
- Rule 13(iii)
- Rule 14.E.
- Rule 28(vi) and (x)
- Rule 30.A.
- Rule 32
- Rule 37
A notice in accordance with Regulation 126 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
