In our vision for the future, Australia’s manufacturing workers are well paid and highly respected for the massive contribution that they make to our nation. And when our members retire, we want to see them do so in comfort, with the superannuation and savings they deserve for their lifetime of contribution.

We have a vision for safer workplaces, so that at the end of every shift our members can go home to their loved ones safe and sound.

We see a nation that employs local workers to do local jobs, and where Australian manufacturing exists on a level playing field, supported and empowered by Government.
