Skills & Vocational Training Officer
The Manufacturing Division of the CFMEU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skills & Vocational Training Officer to join our division Office, based in Carlton, Melbourne.
This position is a full-time fixed term 2-year contract with an extension option.
Working across our timber-based sectors, key responsibilities include identification and engagement with key stakeholders, participation in relevant committees and forums at state and federal levels and the ability to develop and implement sector wide projects.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge within the VET, training and/or education sector.
They will also need a strong understanding of industrial awards and vocational career pathways and must have a demonstrated commitment to trade union principles.
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications and a full position description is available upon request.
